Green-Winged Teal Drake Original Paint Working Duck Decoy by Danny Lee Heuer.
This Decoy is from my (deceased) 96 year old fathers estate and Duck Decoy Collection.
Hand Carved and Painted by Danny Lee Heuer, out of Michigan High Ground White Cedar, circa 1982.
This is one of his first early efforts to his decoy carving career, a decoy we hunted over and floated, a pleasure to do so.
Approximate Size;  11 1/2" long by 7 3/4" high (from bottom of keel to top of head) and 4 1/2" wide.
This Green-Winged Teal Drake was hunted over for 3 seasons and then retired as the first decoy to Dad's decoy collection.
A must have for that serious decoy collector, and would make a great addition to anyone's collection.
