Resting on a log, this beautiful wood duck drake seems at peace with the world.    I enjoy drawing in pencil, doesn’t seem to be the pressure of color work.  I also learn a great deal each time I try a new rendering, and that’s how you learn a little here and a little there. I really enjoyed drawing this guy.  There are sure a lot of scenes I would like to capture, so I hope you enjoy this one, and I am off to find another.
